When it comes to books, I am typically only reading two genres: self-help/personal development, or psychological thrillers (two extremes right haha). Reading for pleasure is something that I have always enjoyed, so I am trying to incorporate this pastime into my daily routine (’cause ya know, my word for 2021 is “intention“)! Currently, I am reading a chapter or so of a self-help/personal development book in the morning, and then a psychological thriller at night before bed (fingers crossed I don’t have nightmares). That way, I am learning AND enjoying myself!
As someone who cranks out a lot of content, I also have to remember to take in content I enjoy (both similar to AND different than my niche!) to keep the creative juices flowing!
