Spent the weekend doing one of my favorite things—decorating for Christmas 🥹🎄❤️

We typically don’t decorate until after Thanksgiving, but we needed a little ✨extra joy✨ this year. And now we get to ~embrace the holiday cheer~ for even longer! Coming home after work to our cozy + festive home just hits different!!!

This was such a fun experience and video to edit. Looking back at these videos, ya girl was on a MISSION let me tell you 😂 I was walking so fast I even tripped a few times ☠️. We were also in the corner and I had to walk past like 4 other brides, so I didn’t want to be in the way 😅. My goal was to find my dress and we did the dang thing!

The 4th dress was my number 1 until I tried on dress 7 aka ✨my dress✨ (not in the video of course). I feel like my dress is the perfect combination of what I loved in all of these dresses—I can’t wait to wear it (and show yall)!!!

The face of a girl who survived a 6-day work week 😵‍💫🙌🏾

I have been picking up some Sunday shifts this month, so between working and ~regular~ life things, ya girl has been lowkey in the trenches ☠️

I am BEYOND ready for the weekend! I am also off on Monday so it’ll be nice to have an extra day to recover. This weekend I plan to:

📖 Finish ACOTAR (less than 50 pages left!)
🧺 Clean my house/catch up on laundry
🫶🏾 Spend time with friends/family
🛌 AND REST (most important!)

I knew I wanted to get my bridesmaids something they would love and *actually use*, so a personalized @llbean Boat and Tote felt PERFECT 👜! I even got myself one to match 🤭

These will be great to bring on my bachelorette trip AND when getting ready the morning of the wedding! We also brought them wedding dress shopping 👗

A summer filled with lots of friends, lots of travel, lots of concerts (13 to be exact!), and lots of fun!

I have said “YES” way more than I usually do in this season of life, and it has been so so great 🥹. My mental health, work-life balance, and overall quality of life has been MUCH better since starting my new job in May, allowing me to *actually* want to be a human outside of work. Shocker how good life can be when you aren’t burnt out 🤪

I had such a fun and stress-free wedding dress shopping day yesterday surrounded by the people closest to me—my dad even rented a 12-passenger van and chauffeured us around all day 🥰

I was a *little* nervous because I didn’t know how I was supposed to know which dress was THE dress, but I knew that I found it when I didn’t want to take it off 🥹. I’m so glad that we got lots of pictures and videos because I’m truly obsessed with my dress and don’t know how I’m supposed to wait until February/March to see it in person again!

I am feeling so grateful, loved, and EXCITED! A little over 200 days to go until the big day 💒
